GG's Banana Cake
2/3 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup chopped nuts (Sha doesn't like)
1 2/3 cup flour
4 T. milk
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Cream margarine & sugar together, then add eggs & beat well. Sift together flour, soda & salt & add to other mixture. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 40 min. in 350 oven. Makes 2 9" layers.
Use rich butter icing or serve hot sprinkled with powdered sugar.
